Board, Committee and senior management succession planning
Succession planning for the Board, its Committees and the senior management of the Group is critical to ensuring continuity of the strong leadership of the Group.
An external evaluation of the Board and its Committees takes place every three years, supplemented by internal evaluations in every other year to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the leadership team.
The Nominations Committee is responsible for ensuring that the composition of the Board and its Committees is appropriate, and that there is effective succession planning and suitably robust evaluation. More information about the Nominations Committee can be found on our Committees page.
