Experience:

Víctor brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the passenger transport and mobility sector. During his career, he has held a number of senior executive positions at Alsa, including Managing Director of Alsa Spain and Managing Director of Procurement and Maintenance, leading large-scale operations across long-distance, regional, urban and metropolitan services. He has extensive expertise in commercial and operational leadership, fleet maintenance, procurement, infrastructure management and business transformation. He is recognised for driving operational excellence, sustainable growth and managing high-performing teams across complex transport and mobility businesses. 

Víctor holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Oviedo and has completed executive education programmes at IE Business School, ESADE Business School and EOI. He is a member of the Executive Committees of ATUC and CONFEBUS, Spain’s leading public transport and coach industry associations.
