Experience:
Gillian joined Mobico in 2015 as Legal Counsel, having previously worked in private practice as a corporate finance solicitor. She became the Deputy Company Secretary in 2021 and has served as Group Company Secretary since February 2026. She advises the Board on all governance, statutory and listing requirements.
She is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with over 15 years of experience.
