María is a seasoned legal executive with over 27 years of professional experience. She holds a Law Degree from the University of Oviedo and has completed an Executive Senior Management Program at ESADE. She has dedicated her entire professional career to Alsa, where she has served as the Alsa Group Legal Counsel since 2016 and as Secretary of the Board of Directors since 2005.
Throughout her tenure, she has provided comprehensive, business-oriented legal advice, demonstrating a deep involvement in management. She has been a driving force behind high-value growth initiatives, defining strategies and executing key projects for Alsa across all business areas.
As a skilled negotiator, María possesses a keen understanding of resource management and the organisational balance required to achieve strategic and legal objectives.
