National Express Coventry is looking at making some changes to bus services in Coventry in September 2019.

The bus operator has launched a route-by-route summary of the proposed changes and is urging customers - and anybody else that would like to take part - to complete the online survey at www.nxcoventry.co.uk/consultation.

Matt King, Operations Manager, National Express Coventry, said:

“Our current bus network hasn’t changed much since 2012 but travel patterns and customer demand for bus services has.

“We’ve reviewed our routes across Coventry and worked hard to put together a proposal that meets the needs of both our loyal long-time customers as well as attracting new customers onto our network.

“We’re hopeful that most people will either see no change to the bus they catch or an improvement with more punctual and frequent buses on our key corridors, better connections and faster journeys across the region.”

Paper copies of the consultation information will also be available at Pool Meadow Bus Station and staff will be handing out information to customers at city centre stops around The Burges.

Any changes would need to be registered with the government’s Traffic Commissioner by mid-July.
